HOLIDAY COTTAGES

La Gramigna is a group of 10 separate holiday cottages with all mod cons. Our facility is situated between Tropea and Pizzo Calabro, the most popular places of Calabria and the destinations of thousands of Italian and non Italian tourists. La Gramigna is spread out on a territory of 1500 square metres, completely fenced round and surrounded by open spaces and by the lively colours of nature. The beach of Punta Safò is only 500 metres away. Less than one kilometre away the ancient fisher village Briatico is spread out, where in the morning you can buy fish directly from the fisher boats which has been only just caught. La Gramigna is the ideal place to spend the holiday for families with children or groups of friends which want to spend a peaceful holiday with lots of fun.

The prices include the consumption of gas, water and electricity. Extra: final cleaning: € 35,00.

The prices go for 4 persons (or 2 persons in the bed-sitter). Possibility to put up one or two more single beds. The price per week for every extra person is € 40,00 in the periods A, B, C, H, I and € 60,00 in the periods D, E, F, G. Optional: bed-sheets € 10,00 per person with weekly change. Washing machine service (in common area) € 15,00 per week.

The cottages
The cottages have got two bedrooms, one of them is furnished with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. In the big kitchen-cum-living room can be put up up to two more single beds as well. The kitchen is completely accessorized with everything you might need for your cooking, with a table and chairs. The bath room has got a shower and hot water. At last there is a comfortable veranda enclosed by open spaces. Entrance with independent gate.
Cottage no. 5 is a bed-sitter and is ideal for couples or two persons, however. There is a single room with a double bed and a completely accessorized kitchen. Furthermore the room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a bedside table and a big mirror. The bath room has got a window and hot water. At last there is a comfortable veranda enclosed by open spaces. It’s possible to put up a folding bed for a child or a third person, however. The cottage entrance is particularly charming. The beach
The beach of Punta Safò is 500 metres away from our cottages and is enchanting. The sand is white and fine, the rocks are far away and the water is crystal clear. The contrast between the blue of the sea and the green of nature make everything even more spectacular. The beach is ideal for children because of it’s absence of stones and because the sea isn’t very deep. There is a large free beach and a private area which offers beach umbrellas and deckchairs, a kiosk, a beach volleyball court, a canoe and a pedalo.
